Jade Goody Brands Cancer Publicity Stunt Claims 'Sad'

Reality TV star Jade Goody has hit out at claims her crab scare is nothing more than than a publicity stunt after beingness told of her diagnosing on Indian TV.


The 27-year-old -- wHO shot to fame on TV show Big Brother -- constitute out the news piece appearing on India's interpretation of the show, Bigg Boss.


She was immediately withdrawn from the programme and has been flown to the U.K. for treatment.


Goody underwent hospital tests sooner this month after her third malignant neoplastic disease scare, next four whodunit collapses.


Goody's publicizer, Max Clifford, hit knocked out at critics who ar already describing the illness as a TV stunt, suggesting it is a bid to gain understanding following her race run-in fall out with Bigg Boss host Shilpa Shetty on Britian's Big Brorther last year.


Clifford, who is battling cancer himself, aforesaid, "Those citizenry are very sad people. This lady friend has cancer. Full arrest. That is exactly what it is, it is not pre-cancer, it is cancer in the neck of the womb.


"She had no idea. She went for a few even tests and wouldn't get gone on it at all if she had known."


Speaking of Goody's shock at the diagnosis of cervical crab, Clifford added, "She's non back notwithstanding but she is posture up the best she can. She is desperate to have home. She will go straight to Harlow as soon as possible.


"Her family unit are organism as supportive as possible. Having gone through it myself, I have tested to reassure her she has caught it early."

Bale Won't Be Charged for Alleged Assault

Batman star Christian Bale will not boldness charges relating to an alleged assault last month on his mother and sister, prosecutors said Thursday, suggesting their decision was based in part on the menage members' wishes.


Britain's Crown Prosecution Service aforesaid there was insufficient evidence to open a "realistic prospect of conviction," and ordered constabulary not to take whatever further action.


The service aforesaid in a statement that while it "treats all incidents which take place in a domestic linguistic context seriously, it is important that the views of complainants are also taken into story when devising decisions in such cases."


Bale, who denies the allegation, said through and through his spokeswoman, Jennifer Allen, that he was sticking the exit had been settled.


The role player "hopes to put the matter firmly behind him" and volition be providing no further comment, Allen said in a instruction released by Bale's lawyers.





His family had previously declined to scuttlebutt, saying the issue was a personal matter.


British media had reported that Bale's mother and sister told police he assaulted them at his suite at the lavishness Dorchester Hotel on July 20, a day before he tended to the European premiere of his photographic film "The Dark Knight." Bale has denied the accusation.


The Sun tabloid reported that police waited a day to arrest Bale so he could attend the film's premiere in London's Leicester Square. He was questioned for several hours at a police station before being released on bail.


The Wales-born actor first made a splash in 1987 as the child star of Steven Spielberg's "Empire of the Sun." He has played disconsolate and sometimes sinister roles in such films as "American Psycho," "The Machinist" and "Batman Begins."


In "The Dark Knight," Bale reprises the purpose of flush playboy Bruce Wayne and his crime-fighting alter-ego Batman, a brooding vigilante superhero still scarred by the murder of his parents.


Bale, 34, lives in the Los Angeles area with his wife, Sibi Blazic, and their young girl.
