Rob Lowe - Lowe Scores Minor Victory

LATEST: Actor ROB LOWE has scored a minor victory in his battle with a former nanny - two of her twelve allegations have been dismissed by a court.

Accusations of labour code violations were thrown out by Santa Barbara, California, Superior Court Judge Denise de Bellefeuille on Thursday (19Jun08) - but 10 further charges, including sexual harassment claims, remain.

Lowe's attorney Larry Stein tells People.com, "We're very pleased with today's outcome. The Lowes have consistently denied any wrongdoing and will be vindicated. The entire family is holding up the best they can."

But Gibson's lawyer John West insists, "We don't consider this a setback at all. Jessica's case is still intact as a whole."

Gibson claims the actor groped her and exposed himself to her during the seven years she worked for Lowe and his wife.

Lowe denies all wrongdoing.

Pamela Anderson - Pamela Anderson And Ex-husband Tommy Lee Dating

Pamela Anderson and her former husband Tommy Lee are reportedly back together.

The Motley Crue star told Rolling Stone magazine that he and his thrice-married former wife were giving their relationship another chance.

Lee told the magazine: "We've only given it a try 800 times – 801, here we go. Pamela and the kids have moved in with me. It's awesome. It's definitely working."

The rocker added that their two children Dylan, ten, and Brandon, 12, were delighted to see their parents back together again.

Pamela Anderson is single again after annulling her five-month marriage to professional poker player Rick Salomon in March.

The Baywatch star was previously married to another rocker, Cowboy star Kid Rock. Anderson filed for divorce after just four months as the rocker's wife.

Last year, Tommy Lee and Kid Rock sparred during the MTV video music awards after a disagreement. They had to be separated by security at the show in an incident which left Anderson embarrassed.

Woody Allen finds love is hard in "Vicky Cristina"

CANNES, France (Reuters) - His new movie deals with women, men and multiple lovers, but when it comes to real-life romance, director Woody Allen, 72, says more than a single sex partner is far too many these days.

"It's hard enough to get one person," he told reporters at a Saturday news conference at the Cannes Film Festival, where he unveiled "Vicky Cristina Barcelona."

"In trying to figure out solutions in life, two tends to make it more complicated than one."

"In film, you can do it because I'm dealing with larger than life characters ... but in real life, most of us could never handle anything like that," he added.

"Vicky Cristina Barcelona," which looks at several different love relationships including a menage-a-trois, debuted to a warm reception at Cannes as one of the few light comedies here. Many films, such as prison drama "Hunger" and Lebanese war movie "Waltz with Bashir" delve into dark human conditions.

Show business newspaper Daily Variety called "Vicky Cristina" "a sexy, funny divertissement that passes as enjoyably as an idle sunny afternoon in the titular Spanish city" and added the film "is by several degrees more hot-blooded than his (Allen's) usual norm."

Allen said he definitely wanted to make the movie funny, but he also saw it as a somewhat tragic tale of people who can't fall in love, others who fall perhaps too deeply for each other, and those who marry for all the wrong reasons.
